Radiance – Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry
● Initial Returns: Unworn returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for
a full refund (excluding shipping). Items must be in original condition
and packaging. Customer pays return postage.
● Lifetime Value Promise: After 18 months from purchase, return your
Radiance piece in wearable condition for 70% of its original price as
store credit toward any ARKH purchase. Valid for the original
purchaser only; proof of purchase required. Custom-engraved items
are final sale unless faulty.

Everyday & Heritage – Silver Jewelry
● Returns & Exchanges: Unworn items accepted within 7 days of
delivery. Include original packaging and tags. Customer covers return
shipping. Refunds issued to the original payment method (excluding
shipping).
● Final Sale Items: Earrings and custom orders cannot be returned due
to hygiene and personalization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact
us within 48 hours at contact@arkhjewels.com.au with photos and your order
number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
