We want you to love every ARKH piece. Because our collections are made differently, our return terms are tailored to each — please read the section that applies to your purchase.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If your piece has a major fault, you're entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair regardless of the terms below.

RADIANCE — LAB-GROWN DIAMOND JEWELLERY

Every Radiance piece is custom-made in India — your cut, your gold, your carat. Production involves import fees, bespoke craftsmanship, and non-refundable shipping costs, so our returns policy reflects this.

- Return or exchange unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all Radiance returns. The remaining 80% is refunded to your original payment method within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- The item must return in original condition with its IGI certificate, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer.

No restocking fee applies if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The item was damaged in transit
- The item does not match the agreed specifications

In those cases, we'll refund in full or remake the piece — your choice.

Exclusions:
- Pieces with personalised engravings are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

HERITAGE — SILVER ARTEFACTS & ATELIER PIECES

Every Heritage piece is specially imported from India, and many are made to order for you specifically.

Silver Articles (idols, diyas, kitchenware, coins, artefacts):
- Return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
- A 20% restocking fee applies, reflecting the import and production costs we incur on every piece. The remaining 80% is refunded within 7–10 business days of inspection.
- Items must return in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer.

The Atelier (mum's one-of-a-kind handmade pieces):
- Atelier pieces are unique, handmade, and not reproducible.
- They are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
- If your Atelier piece arrives with a fault, we'll refund in full or repair — your choice.

EVERYDAY — SILVER GIFTING JEWELLERY

- Return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
- Full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer.
- Items must return in original condition with packaging.

Exclusions:
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Pieces with personalised engravings or cards are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@arkhjewels.com.au or on WhatsApp, with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or issue
- The original packaging, if damaged in transit

We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email contact@arkhjewels.com.au or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and the correct address.
3. Ship the item back with tracking (we strongly recommend insured tracked post for Radiance and Heritage pieces).
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7–15 business days.
