Lab-grown diamond jewellery, crafted in Meerut, India.
Production: 2–3 weeks
Shipping: 2–3 weeks
Total timeline: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation
- Complimentary insured shipping on every Radiance piece
- Fully tracked door-to-door with signature on delivery
- Delivered only to residential or business addresses (no PO boxes)
- Ships with IGI certificate, warranty documentation, and ARKH gift packaging

Silver artefacts and jewellery, specially imported from India.
Production: Most pieces are ready stock and dispatch within 2–3 business days. Some pieces are made to order and may take 2–4 weeks. If your piece is made to order, we'll let you know at the time of purchase.
Shipping: 2–3 weeks from dispatch
Total timeline: 2–4 weeks for ready stock, 4–7 weeks for made-to-order pieces

- Flat rate $9.95 AUD on orders under $75

SHIPPING CUTOFFS FOR KEY DATES
To make sure your order arrives in time for Mother's Day,
Diwali, Christmas, or Valentine's Day, please order by:
- Everyday: up to 7 days before the occasion (standard shipping)
- Heritage (ready stock): up to 4 weeks before
- Heritage (made to order): up to 7 weeks before
- Radiance: up to 7 weeks before (made to order)

GENERAL NOTES
- All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.
- If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to activate in the carrier's system.
