1. Avoid Harsh Chemicals & Moisture
● Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using household
cleaners.
● Perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays can dull metal and stones — let
them fully absorb before putting on your pieces.

2. Storage
● Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in the ARKH box or soft pouch
provided.
● Keep pieces separate to prevent scratching and tangling.

3. Cleaning
● Radiance (Gold & Diamonds): Soak for 5–10 minutes in a mild
solution of warm water and gentle dish soap. Use a soft brush to
remove debris, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a lint-free cloth.
● Everyday (Sterling Silver): Gently polish with a silver-specific
polishing cloth to remove tarnish. For a deeper clean, use a silver
cleaning solution following the manufacturer’s instructions.
● Heritage (Indian Silver): Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For heavier
tarnish, use a very mild silver cleaner, then rinse and dry
completely.

4. Routine Maintenance
● Inspect prongs, clasps, and settings periodically. If anything feels
loose, contact us for an inspection.
● For engraving or resizing on Radiance pieces, always use a
