Will it arrive in time for my event? Is this piece in stock or made to order?

All listed items are ready-stock pieces and will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Custom sizes are made-to-order and require 2–4 weeks for production, followed by 2–3 weeks for shipping from India.

If a listed article is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours. You may then choose either a full refund or proceed with a made-to-order option.

What's the difference between Heritage and the Atelier line?

Heritage includes our silver artefacts and standard jewellery designs. The Atelier line is Palak's mum's one-of-a-kind handmade pieces — each one unique, not reproducible. Atelier pieces are non-returnable except for defects, given their nature.
