Returns

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or the equivalent protection in your own country. If a piece has a major fault you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair regardless of anything below.

Return unworn, undamaged pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, within 7–10 business days of inspection. Return postage is yours.

Earrings cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Personalised engraving and personalised cards are not returnable except for a manufacturing fault.

Idols, diyas, kitchenware, coins and artefacts: return unworn and undamaged within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies, because these are imported for you specifically and the customs and freight are already paid. The remaining 80% is refunded within 7–10 business days of inspection.

Pieces held in Melbourne and shipped from stock carry no restocking fee.

My mother's pieces are one of a kind, made by hand, and cannot be reproduced. They are not returnable except for a manufacturing fault or damage in transit — in which case you choose between a full refund and a repair.

Every Radiance piece is custom-made to your specification. Return unworn and undamaged within 30 days, with the IGI certificate, original packaging and proof of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies; the remaining 80% is refunded within 7–15 business days of inspection. Return postage is yours.

No restocking fee applies if the piece has a manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or does not match the specification we agreed. In those cases we refund in full or remake it — your choice.

Personalised engraving is not returnable except for a manufacturing fault.

After 18 months, we will buy a Radiance piece back for 60% of what you paid, or credit 90–100% of it against an upgrade.
