Gold moves daily, so your quote carries its date. Simple pieces start at $1,000, and nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

Jewellery sold on privately returns a fraction of what was paid for it. So the promise here is ours rather than a market’s: after eighteen months, any Radiance piece can come back to us.

An oval solitaire bought at $3,000, eighteen months later:
- Keep it
- Nothing to do.
- Take the cash
- $1,800, by bank transfer.
- Trade up
- $2,700 toward a $4,000 piece. You pay $1,300.
- Double up
- $3,000 toward a $6,000 piece. You pay $3,000.
The terms, in full
- Available after eighteen months, with no expiry after that.
- Send the piece back with its certificate. We inspect within 5–7 business days, and normal wear is fine.
- Each piece can be upgraded once; the piece you upgrade to starts its own eighteen months.
Changed your mind
Thirty days, unworn, with a 20% fee — every piece is cut and set for one person, and that work is already done. A fault is refunded in full or remade, your choice, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law stand regardless. Engraved pieces can't come back except for faults.
