Everyday pieces are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Holding them here rather than routing through a distributor is what lets us send a single piece to an individual customer anywhere in the world.

We ship internationally. The countries we currently deliver to are the ones offered at checkout — if yours is not among them, write to us and we will tell you what we can do.

Made-to-order pieces — every Radiance commission, and Heritage artefacts in a non-standard size — are dispatched once they are finished. We confirm the timeline with you before anything is charged.

The receiver is responsible for any import duty, GST, VAT or customs charge levied by their own country. These are set by your customs authority, not by ARKH, and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

We declare the contents and value of every parcel accurately. We cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value.

Held in Melbourne — dispatched next day.

Held in India and in stock — about 2 to 3 weeks, because the piece is brought over for you.

Made to order — about 30 days to make, and a further 1 to 2 weeks to reach you.

Every piece says which of the three it is on its own page, so you know before you order rather than after.

We replace the piece or refund you. Every parcel is covered in transit, but that is our arrangement to sort out, not yours — you deal with us, not an insurer.

Within Australia: $7.95 standard, or $14.95 express.

Standard delivery is free on orders over $100, and express is free on orders over $150.

Anywhere else in the world: $19.95, whichever country you are in.

Every parcel is tracked, and international parcels are sent with Australia Post International Standard. A Radiance commission is sent insured and requires a signature, at our cost, whatever the destination.

The rate is charged once per order, not once per piece — two pieces in one parcel cost the same to send as one.
